Martinez pulls over fellow law officer, Debra Morgan, who is inebriated and highly intoxicated.  She laughs at the incident and asks Martinez to "cut her some slack".  Martinez later brags about the incident to other off duty officers at a local hangout, and finds himself in a scuffle with Debra's ex, Det. Quinn.
